Victoria Deitz - Bikini Competitor

In high school I battled an eating disorder but got into fitness when I was 18 as a healthier choice. I got married at a young age and my weight was all over the place. I tried to compete; however, I dropped out 4 weeks out due to my ex not liking the idea on me standing on stage half naked in front of other people. After the divorce, again my weight was all over the place. But once I got into a healthier relationship and landed an amazing job I decided to give competing another shot. I have yet to step on stage. Just 2 more days until I do. I think I'm just going to fake it till I make it. I also try to remember how far I've come.

2 days out. No matter what happens on Saturday I need to remember two things 1) I've come so far in these past 3 months 2) 48 hours until pizza! #npc #npcbikini #npcprep #bikinitruenovice #novicebikini #competitionbikini #bikinicompetition #bikiniprep #bikiniathlete #progresspic #jaycutlerclassic2017 #trainlikeabeastlooklikeabeauty

Before this prep I ate like shit. Then I used Medifast to help me lose the initial weight. Now I have a coach who does all my meal plans. I love it, I don't have to think about what to eat. I eat about 1800 clean calories a day broken into 6 meals. Medifast help me lose fat, but not build muscle. They didn't even want me to work out more than 20 min a day 3 days a week! That's why I got a personal coach.

Training: I do all of it. Lift 3 times a week with cardio, HITT one day, and pure cardio for one day. Calories and all that stuff is handled by my amazing coach.

It has been an emotional roller coaster. Some days I think I'm the best there ever was and other I cry because a coworker is eating pizza and I can't have any.

I feel amazing being an athlete. That's what people know me for and they look up for me. I also love the fact that I'm in control of my body and food cravings, not the other way around.

We are going to see how this weekend goes and then see. Honestly if I place in novice, I'll do it again. I don't like doing things I'm not good at lol.
