* Veronica, what's up? What do you study at the moment?
Veronica Ricci: I am a fan of taking classes for fun, so I'm taking guitar and singing lessons for fun and also in school for a Bachelor's in business with a minor in psych, which I am taking online classes for. Eventually when I can commit to taking more then 2 classes, I will go to a regular campus. Also I want to take flying lessons! (smiles). * How did you wind up posing for Penthouse? Veronica Ricci: Well, it was a little random, it wasn't carefully planned. I first shot for Hustler(my first ever adult shoot) with Holly Randall and shortly after was contacted by Penthouse to do a set, then was offered to do the Pet shoot by a Penthouse photographer. This all happened fast, I shot my Penthouse pet layout about 1 month after my Hustler layout shoot in late May 2008- so I got lucky somehow. * What does it mean to be a Penthouse Pet? Do you work under contract? If so, what are the terms of this contract? Veronica Ricci: I am not under contract. Being a pet means I can do promotions with them and be involved more then just having a single set posted in their magazine, but they also don't force me into doing promotions, etc. |

* Please tell me about your family.
Veronica Ricci: I am close with my family (the ones that don't live out of state that I've only met once or twice in my life). My mom is a really good person, she was very into instilling good morals in me as a child and she is very moral(without being super religious either)... She doesn't love that I pose naked, but she's come to accept it. Obviously, I have more family then that, but I don't want to go on and on about all of them and I want to protect their privacy. * Are you more or less confident about your beauty now than in the past? What breakthroughs have you made in your self-acceptance and celebration of your beauty? Veronica Ricci: I am fairly confident, but I don't think I'm arrogant at all, and I hope I never get to be.. I am lucky to be where I'm at, so I am grateful but I don't solely depend on my looks to get by in life. I used to be very shy and definitely didn't present myself the way I do now growing up and all of that, but learned to just like who I am as I got older and be ok dressing sexy,etc... * How often do you look at yourself naked in front of a mirror? Veronica Ricci: All the damn time, haha.. * Do you believe that people are inherently bad or good? Veronica Ricci: Good. I think people's experiences can harden them and make them bitter towards others and act out that way(if they've been hurt,etc.) but that is why it's important to look at the big picture and not just use some bad experiences you've had as your whole outlook on everyone and everything.. It's important to seperate experiences. * You are a certified massage therapist/holistic practitioner. How long does it take to be a massage therapist? How long does one have to be in school for it? Veronica Ricci: I became a massage therapist a year ago and it was the best school ever, I love hands on learning. I mean my homework was to practice massage too, so friends and family didn't mind at all. The length of schooling all depends on what/how many modalities you want to learn, I learned Swedish and Deep Tissue massage together so I was in school for 5 monthes for it on a "fast track" course where I went 5 nights a week 6-10pm, so I could work during the daytime.

Veronica Ricci: The upside is I think it made me more in tune with my body and people's body language and I can better understand when people like something if they don't know how to articulate what they want to feel good. It's also great to be able to help someone relieve stress if they have an achy back or sore shoulders, I have dancer friends that would always get cramps from pulling muscles so they loved it. The downside is I get people asking for massages ALL the time, haha.. and sometimes I'm just not in the mood to do it because my hands are worn out or something. * Describe a typical client session. Veronica Ricci: Well, I prep beforehand, making sure the environment is clean and cozy and try to let them wind down first, because a massage is really only effective if they person isn't wound up and stressed out thinking about their bills the whole time,etc. Then as they are further relaxed, I start slow, just applying the lotion/oil and as I feel them relax more and tell where they need the most work (if they have a sore neck,whatever), then I focus on those areas that they seem to need the most work on. * Do you have some great tips and ideas on giving a good massage? Veronica Ricci: Don't start out hard and fast, etc...Go slow and work your way in..as cheesy as it may sound..try to connect with their body and pay attention to their reactions(like if they are jerking when you touch something- it may be really sore or ticklish, so change the way you are approaching it and see what works best.) Also, make sure to know previous injuries, skin conditions (esp. when concerning oils/lotions because an irritation is not relaxing), etc.. if someone broke a bone not too long ago, obviously go easy or avoid it. Take it easy, more then anything you need them to just relax and get comfortable before it starts getting good.. Don't poke them with fingernails is an obvious one, but is worth noting. Don't be afraid to use your whole arm to get in deeper, but use alot of lotion/oil so it's not abrasive on their skin. Everyone is alittle different. * What is the most spiritual event you have experienced? Veronica Ricci: Hmmm........This is difficult..It's one of those questions I'll probably know the answer to later.. * If I wanted to meet a beautiful woman like you, what would be the best place to meet you? Veronica Ricci: The best way is through mutual friends who would recommend you, so there's people to back up that your a good guy, and so I know your not just talking yourself up,etc. Really the best way to meet cute, real girls is in school or places where she can get to see you in a normal way, to get to see how you act in situations. I don't know how all girls are, but I definitely pay attention to how people act in their own environment and not just in relation to them talking to me specifically, if that makes sense. * Which of your flawless body parts do you think turns the opposite sex on the most? Veronica Ricci: Depends on the guy haha, but I get compliments on my ass from "ass men" alot and compliments on my facial features(eyes alot) from "face guys" and on my boobs as well..it's all over the map,haha.. I've even had quite afew people really dig my neck and my feet.. which is a compliment haha, but wasn't expected. * What things should guys know about dating but never seem to get correctly? Veronica Ricci: This is a hard one... I think you really need to come off as who you really are, because it's WAY worse if she finds out your something else later on (if you care about dating her more then once or twice) but also be sure to let her see your good side.. This could make you a better person if you are being nice to others in front of her so she can see how you act.. Also, you need to know your "prey", girls are definitely not all the same. If she's a girl who isn't used to "nice guys" she may think you are being fake and not respect you, unfortunately..so for her, you would need to assert yourself to win her over.. For girls that actually know what a nice guy (with a good heart) is and how valuable that is to meet a genuine nice guy, she will want to see that in action.. I hope that helps.. The thing I hate the most in dating sometimes is judgmental guys, try to understand where she is coming from in what she does instead of just hating it (this comes from dating guys who thought it was so hot that I model but judge against it because they assume I'm a bitch,etc.) Try to be open. * What is the most sacred thing you know? Veronica Ricci: Genuine love(not to be confused with hallmark/movie versions of love or other cheap imitations). genuity in general, real experiences. * What are your hobbies? Veronica Ricci: Listening to music, learning new skills/things(love random facts and science), exploring(love to go to different parts of town like chinatown,etc. and go exploring), photography, art, anything engaging that you have to think about, movies, massage and mentally relaxing activities like that (winks), also exciting things like travelling or surfing ,etc.. life is to be lived..but it's easy to say, so it's better to just do.. anyways I'm not trying to get all prophetic here.. * Many Penthouse Pets were or soon become after their appearance adult entertainers. Where do you think your career is headed? Veronica Ricci: Not totally sure to be honest with you, I am definitely not only into the adult industry..it's not my whole life..
