* Christina, how are you these days?

Christina Lindley: Staying busy but doing great. How are you?

* I'm fine, thanks for asking! So, how do you adjust your skills so successfuly to many genres of movies? Could you give some examples? Is it something you've learned or it's a congenital talent?

Christina Lindley: A little bit of both... I think you gain more talent and knowledge with each project you work on.

* Your career encompasses film, television, modeling, and fitness. In which field do you consider the focus of your work to be and in which field do you meet the most competition? How does the competition express itself?

Christina Lindley: I focus mostly on acting whether it be in television, or film. I have modeled for quite some time now and still enjoy it but I find that I have more passion for acting and love the challenge of the business. I find that my only competition is with myself. I try not to compare myself with others and keep my focus on making sure I'm constantly challenging myself to grow.

* Which role do you like playing most in movies?

Christina Lindley: Lead actress.

* How does someone know if she is a good actress? Good enough for hollywood?

Christina Lindley: Acting is an art form so knowing whether you are good enough or not is irrelevant. As long as you have confidence in yourself and are always working to improve, there's no way one can fail.

* Who makes more money - an actress in hollywood or a professional athelete?

Christina Lindley: Depends on the athlete and how good he/she is.

* How has your success changed your life?

Christina Lindley: For the first time in my life I feel as though I'm standing on my own two feet. I rely on no one for support and feel a sense of stability in my own life. In short, I feel like I'm finally an adult.

* How does a typical day and week of yours look like?

Christina Lindley: every day is completely different. If I'm ot shooting a film or doing a photoshoot, my usual day consists of auditions, writing, alot of reading (scripts or books for class) , working out, usually some cleaning (I find it therapeutic), tons of music throughout the day, and usually a lunch and or dinner meeting to discuss projects, potential gigs.

* Being a Certified Personal Trainer is definitely a geart advantage of yours which may explain your perfect healthy look. What does it take to be so fit and beautiful and manage an intense career simultaneously?

Christina Lindley: You have to really prioritize. The most important thing is to make sure you get your training in, no matter what. I usually do cardio for atleast 45 minutes even if I cant fit anything else in. I find that if I do it first thing in the morning before my day gets started I am more likely to meet my fitness goals for myself every week.

* Please tell me about your experience as a contestant on the NBC show Fear Factor. What were you asked to do there, was it really scaring?

Christina Lindley: It was one of the first things I ever did when I came out to LA. I did a models edition and was up against guys and other women. It was a really fun experience and Definitely helped me to overcome my fear of heights. After the show, I even took up rock climbing!!! I didnt win, but got lots of pr out of it and made some really good friends that I still stay in touch with to this day.

* Do you feel like a role model for millions of aspiring models and actresses?

Christina Lindley: I dont like to think about my career that way. I just want my family and friends to be proud of me, and ultimately, I want to be proud of myself. All I can do is know who I am, and be able to sleep at night knowing I did everything in my power that day to arrive at my ultimate destination.

* How did you decide to write a novel? How is it going on? It sounds very challenging.

Christina Lindley: I recently signed with a mainstream Vitamin and health company to be a face of their products. We talked in detail how I didnt want to just be another random endorsement holding two thumbs up saying "I use this product, so should you". I wanted to write a book detailing all the different fitness and workout routines, celebrity secrets, of how to get and stay in shape for life. I essentially wanted to practice what I preach, and at the same time educate others on how to help themselves reach their personal goals for health and vitality. I have been exposed to so much in the industry that I wanted to share it with the world.

* Chasing the Devil - what should we expect there?

Christina Lindley: I am so excited to be working on a project for Lifetime, a four part miniseries about the Green River Valley killer. I am playing a newsrepoter named Lynn. The miniseries is based on a book by the same name, and there are some great actors attached to the project. I will be shooting that during September in Canada.
