Latisha Wilder
Originally from Marysville, Tennessee and now living in Dublin, Ohio,
Latisha Wilder has become one of the rising figure competitors in
the sport of figure competition. She turned pro in 2003 at the 2003
NPC Figure National Championships, and achieved acclaim by finishing
as a runner-up at the Pittsburgh Pro, and placing in two top-fives at
the Figure International. Recently Latisha placed 11th at the Olympia
and was the runner up at the Palm Beach Pro.

Petra Mertl
Physical and emotional obstacles didn't deter Petra Mertl from reaching her goals and developing her fit, healthy extraordinary body which will be seen in the California Pro Figure competition on May 24th, 2008 in Culver City, California.
Petra got her pro card in 2006, and as a pro, her competitive history consists of six figure competitions in 2007: Sacramento Pro Figure Grand Prix, the Europa Super Show, New York Pro Figure Contest, Jan Tana Women's Bodybuilding And Figure Contest, Colorado Pro/Am Classic Bodybuilding And Figure Contest, and the Pittsburgh Pro Figure Championships.

Natalie Benson
IFBB Pro figure competitor Natalie Benson is eager to show her hard lines and her body's overall completeness in
the coming Arnold Classic. A story of a hair stylist who transformed her physique into one that magazines want to feature as an example of elite fitness.
Briana Tindall
Briana Tindall earned her Pro Card at the 2006 North American Championships
by winning the Overall Figure Competition and placing 1st in Class B of the Figure Competition. Briana, a Worthington,
Ohio native is trained by by the Fitness Factory's Mike Davies, and recently took the 13th place in the 2008 Figure International. Her physique continues to make steady improvement, and her strong allure on stage makes her potential success unquestionable. In this interview she describes her personal
path toward self discovery and personal fulfillment.
Shannon Meteraud

"If I'm off season I'll eat more carbs tham if I'm
getting ready for a show. I eat 6 meals a day. Incorporating protein in
every meal. Some days are higher in carbs and on the low carb days I
substitue a good fat source-usually peanut butter".
